Long time, no see

Thai almond pork used to be one of our favourite dishes but we haven't made it in ages so tonight I decided to make it. We realised that it might get even better by using sambal oelek instead of fresh chili so next time we'll do that. The previous recipe post didn't have a picture so here it is.
