Chili filled capsicums

Trying to clean up the fridge a bit so today I made something easy and also quite nice. This week is quite busy so I haven't had any energy when I come home from work.

Ingredients
500 g mince meat
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
½ chili
400 g beans in chili sauce
oregano
basil
paprika powder
salt and pepper
3 capsicums
1 dl grated cheese

Put the oven on 200 degrees.
Fry off the onion, add the garlic and the chili. Fry for a couple of minutes and then add the mince meat. When the meat is brown add the beans and the spices. Mix it together until it's all hot.
Cut the capsicums in half and take out the seeds. Put the meat mixture in the capsicums and place them in an oven proof dish, put some grated cheese on the top and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
